For those able to swim the four competitive strokes World of Swimming offers squad training. 

Our program caters to competitive swimmers and also those who looking to improve their fitness. 

It focuses on:

• • Advance stroke technique and correction

  • Fitness and conditioning

  • Race technique

Swimmers can attend at world of swimming or, on recommendation from the coach, in 50m lane space at Penrith swimming centre.

Please note an entry fee is charged at Penrith Swimming Centre, this is an additional cost to coaching fees. No entry fee is charged at World Of Swimming.

Fees:

• • Monthly squad fees are $85, this entitles you to unlimited sessions in a calendar month.

  • Casual visits $14

What to bring (can be purchased at reception):

• •  kick board

  • pull bouy

  • fins

  • goggles

  • water bottle

There is no required number of sessions to attend. Please feel free to discuss with your coach what they believe is needed to meet your goals.
