Here at World of Swimming we understand that lessons may be missed from time to time.

We ask that if you are unable to attend a lesson that you let our receptionist know.

When you advise our receptionist with 1 full weeks notice or more your position remains unchanged and there will be no charge for the missed class. You are able to miss a maximum of 6 lessons in this way.

If you miss a lesson or provide less than 1 weeks notice we ask that you either arrange a make-up lesson or pay a $9.00 cancellation fee per child, per lesson (or $12.50 if you are having private swimming lessons). We ask that cancellation fees or make up lessons are paid for on the next occasion you return to the centre. You have many options in regards to how and when you complete your make-up lessons:

• Do double lessons on your regular day

• Come in on an alternative day (maybe try a Saturday so that Dad can watch)

• Do make-up lessons during the school holidays

• Have siblings (not only those currently enrolled) complete the lesson

We hope that you will have a comfortable and successful experience at World of Swimming. Should you wish to discontinue your lessons we are happy to use the booking fee paid at your first lesson to cover your last lesson provided there are no outstanding fees, make-up lessons or cancellation fees.
